We are currently seeking a Technical Product Manager to support our Customer Success team during our enterprise implementations. In addition to a working as a Technical Project Manager we're looking for an individual who is comfortable with Agile methodologies andis willing/able to manage our Scrum process.

 What You Will Be Doing

  • Responsible for the implementation and management of new projects and processes for multiple new and existing clients
  • Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects; maintain and update relevant documentation to provide a guidelines for clients and Customer Success team 
  • Responsible for creating project plans/timelines while clearly communicating project status to all stakeholders
  • Ability to manage deliverables on a timeline with client while creating user stories and managing a backlog
  • Actively lead conversations with customers regarding use cases and capabilities, and solicit user feedback and suggestions
  • Continuously assess system and business direction changes for impacts to existing designs, and develop new capabilities to support clients' business objectives
  • Lead our Agile teams to deliver sprint and release commitments on-time and take ownership for ensuring a prioritized backlog is maintained so each successive sprint can be planned 
  • Work with the Customer Success team to support ongoing engagements and provide leadership on technical requirements
  • Lead the exploration, evaluation, and design of technical solutions to meet project scope and objectives

Who You Are (Required Skills)

  • 5+ years technical project management experience including managing projects from start to finish, preferably in a technology or startup environment
  • Experience in managing projects for Fortune 500 clients either as a Project Manager or Scum Master
  • Previous working experience as a Product Owner or in a similar capacity
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles and experience working with Agile tools (JIRA is mandatory; no exceptions)
  • Demonstrated organization and leadership abilities, including experience influencing cross-functional teams
  • Ability to interpret technical solutions, create and define processes and technical designs and be able to effectively communicate to clients
  • Demonstrated ability to speak on a technical level and communicate clearly with developers. Being able to write clear and concise requirements, status updates and product results

Who You Are (Nice to Haves)

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Creative and innovative thinking; proven ability to analyze data, problem solve, and scope technology requirements
  • Experience with complex technical integrations (APIs, webhooks, etc.)
  • Successful experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic (read: sometimes chaotic) environment. Previous experience supporting customer relationships at a startup highly preferred
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong sense of initiative and a sense of urgency, demonstrated by accomplishing tasks; improving current work processes; and assisting others when necessary
  • Formal Product Owner training, such as CSPO, nice-to-have
  • Flexibility to take on a wide range of tasks to fill in any gaps that exist to make a product successful
